Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

The shipping process we use is Sendle and operated by various couriers around Australia to fit the delivery schedule and area based on the customers address. This means all shipping addresses need to be a residential or business address and all deliveries have ‘Authority to leave’.

Every order receives a tracking number and is signed on delivery. Each order will be processed within 2-5 business days of when the order was placed through the website. Shipping times will vary depending on where the customer is located in Australia. Local/Metro areas on the East Coast are typically between 1-10 business days* once the order has been fulfilled. 

Shipping and purchases through the website are currently only available within Australia. Please email hello@brillcoffee.co for any overseas enquiries.

If you have not received your purchase within our designated time frames, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.  We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise in regards to your order being delivered.

 

Brill Coffee Returns:

Returns are available subject to the following conditions:
·       Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
·       Once parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.

The following Conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns:
·       The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products
·       The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order
 
Please note: Brill Coffee is not responsible for the return freight costs, and original shipping costs paid when item was purchased will not be refunded.
If refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have and received by Brill Coffee at the address below:

ORDERS RETURNED/UNCLAIMED TO SENDER
If your order has been returned to us due to entering an incorrect address or remained unclaimed from the post office, shipping will be paid again by the customer in order to have the order resent from Brill Coffee.
